A single conversation includes all the back-and-forth messages between the Agent and the user within 24 hours. Whether the user exchanges 2 messages or 20, it only counts as one conversation.
Once you hit the mark of 50 conversations, the AI Agent will stop working until you upgrade your plan. However, your free conversations reset at the beginning of every month, giving you 50 new ones to use.
A good rule of thumb is to expect about 10% of your website visitors to chat with your Agent. For example, if your site gets 10,000 visitors monthly, around 1,000 people might have a conversation with the Agent in a month.
Once you exhaust your conversation limit, you can purchase additional conversations through your billing dashboard.
