What counts as one conversation?

A single conversation includes all the back-and-forth messages between the Agent and the user within 24 hours. Whether the user exchanges 2 messages or 20, it only counts as one conversation.

What happens when I use up my 50 free conversations?

Once you hit the mark of 50 conversations, the AI Agent will stop working until you upgrade your plan. However, your free conversations reset at the beginning of every month, giving you 50 new ones to use.

How many conversations should I plan for?

A good rule of thumb is to expect about 10% of your website visitors to chat with your Agent. For example, if your site gets 10,000 visitors monthly, around 1,000 people might have a conversation with the Agent in a month.

Can I increase the conversation limit for my Agent?

Once you exhaust your conversation limit, you can purchase additional conversations through your billing dashboard.

What counts as an Agent message?

One exchange between the Agent and the user counts as one message. A complete workflow runs from trigger to completion through a series of messages. Each message moves the process forward, from the start to the final result

How do I get more messages?

You can add 100 messages to your existing plan for $5 through the billing section.
